By accessing and using Meminero ("the Service", "our app", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Meminero is a flashcard learning application that helps users study and retain information through spaced repetition. The Service allows you to:

• Create and manage custom flashcard decks
• Study cards using spaced repetition algorithms
• Track your learning progress
• Access your content across multiple devices
• Generate cards using AI assistance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the flashcard content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 AI-Generated Content

When using AI features to generate flashcards, you acknowledge that:

• Generated content should be reviewed for accuracy
• You are responsible for verifying the correctness of AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer any aspect of the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service to transmit spam or other unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meminero and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Meminero and related logos are trademarks of Meminero. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by using any account deletion features provided in the Service. Termination will disable access to your account and associated data, except where we are required to retain data for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

Subscription cancellations will stop future billing at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, for reasons that may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Requests by law enforcement or government authorities
• Discontinuation, replacement, or material modification of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMINERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meminero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for material changes (if applicable)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution
